Worst app ever

Almost all movies you cant play. The message says that it takes time??? Or that there is an overload on the server???
I want a refund paid 10$ for what??? Please dont tell me to update my phone because Im all up to date with it!!!! So upset. Save your money :(.
***update-may1.15 the app is asking me to pay again???? Really why isnt iTunes doing something about it??. Im so disappointed. I want my money back. Dont waste your time and money.
